He has 23 years of teaching experience at UG and PG level in Zoology. He has published 25 research papers in leading journals of national and international repute. He has presented research papers in national and international conferences. He has authored the book, titled a textbook of ?Environmental Studies?. He is an associate editor of “Environmental Conservation Journal” and member of an Advisory Committee of an International Journal of Applied and Natural Science. He has been awarded “Fellow of Action for Sustainable Efficacious Development and Awareness” (FASEA), Rishikesh, Indian, Fellow of Indian Association of Aquatic Biologist (FIAAB) Hyderabad and Fellow of International Consortium of Contemporary Biologists (FICCB) Ranchi. 2 students have been awarded Ph.D. in Zoology under his guidance and 7 students are working for Ph.D. degree under his guidance.
